Experience Floating Support Worker required for a established team who provide support services to service users who have a variety of needs, including mental health, drug & alcohol, and challenging behaviour.
Duties as a Floating Support Worker will include managing a caseload of service users and signposting to other internal and external agencies. Experience of working with similar service users is essential as limited training will be given.
A car is advantageous and a CRB is needed.
