Facilities Manager required to work for financial company based in Hampshire.
You will be responsible for sourcing and tendering new contracts for various providers and suppliers to ensure value for money. You will also be responsible for managing reactive, planned preventative maintenance, post, reception, security and health and safety.
The role will also include project management to include moves and fleet management. You will be very customer focused and enjoy a varied hands on role.
You will ideally hold a building services qualification or facilities equivalent.
