Facilities Manager urgently required for this national corporate organisation.
This is now a permanent position responsible for the delivery of total facilities management for this client's impressive corporate portfolio.
Based in Birmingham you will need to be an established Facilities Manager with experience of managing:
Cleaning, catering, M&E, security, H&S, moves/refurbishments and lease renewals.
You will need to be a confident, efficient individual to ensure safe and effective delivery of the FM services, ideally from a corporate environment.
IOSH/NEBOSH advantageous.
