Professional and proven Facilities General Manager required for a high-profile PFI site in Middlesbrough.
You will be an approachable and switched on General Manager with a technical background and have experience of P&L, operational management and delivery of all facilities management services within a large and significant area of responsibility.
This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationships skills, commercial / supplier management skills as well as entrepreneurial ability.
You will be a PFI professional, ideally from the healthcare sector, experience within schools will also be considered. Hard services will be your specialism but you will also have a good grounding within soft services and a strong appreciation on the financial/budgetary area.
