Our client is a leading Facilities Management and Energy company and they are currently seeking a Facilities Co-coordinator to be based on a site in London. The main purpose of the role will be to provide a service driven, customer focused, facilities management service and to be the contact for all facilities management operations on the client's site. You will be responsible for the FM team in all London Facilities which includes all current and future managed sites, plus some field locations within the M25 corridor. You will be expected to provide reactive, off and on site verbal and written support, technical assistance, training and guidance on various issues, relating to Facilities Management. Suitable candidates should have a qualification in Facilities Management and/or Building Management, have knowledge of Health & Safety supported by NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and hold a professional membership: BIFM. |
