Electronic Engineer Responsible to:
Engineering managementResponsible for:
1.The design of electronic circuitry using skills in digital circuit design, PCB layout, microcontroller programming, analogue circuit design or power supply system and/or circuit design, as appropriate.
2.Component selection and specification
3.Technical liaison with suppliers
4.Optionally, technical liaison with customers
5.Optionally, technical specification and documentation writing
6.Optionally, product management and costing
Authorised to:
1.Design circuitry to meet a given requirement
2.Check the performance and functionality of circuitry against a given requirement
3.Write reports on performance and functionality testing
4.Select and specify components and perform necessary supplier liaison
