The Document Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Commercial team through the provision of record & document control, administrative support, and updating department databases. The position will have special responsibilities for record management for commercial matters.
Essential: Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken. ·Advanced Level MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook. ·Intermediate – Project, Power point & other MS Office applications. ·A practical and proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail.
Preferred: Entry level financial accounting/book keeping.
