DEFENCE SAFETY & RELIABILITY ENGINEER / DERBYSHIRE / £25K-£40K
* You will join a progressive & rapidly expanding Defence Team providing high end technical & project management services to the principal defence companies
* Safety & Reliability Engineers are required at various levels & must have the Safety & Reliability Engineering analytical skills to deliver a range of technically challenging projects & support the development of safety cases in the nuclear industry
* You will also have a degree, HND or equivalent in an engineering or scientific discipline
Experience is sought in:
- Hazard identification & assessment techniques e.g Hazop, FMEA, FMECA, FTA/ETA
- Modern standards safety case process including production & presentation of deterministic & probabilistic safety arguments
- Independent Peer Review
- ARM/ILS
- Reliability Centred Maintenance
* Roles offer specialist technical, mechanical, safety & reliability engineering & project management services primarily supporting their ongoing commitment to the UK MoD Submarine Programme
* You must be an effective communicator able to use your understanding of engineering principles methods to find cost effective solutions to problems
