Cost Researcher required to work for a leading Quantity Surveying practice to be based in their Birmingham office. The role will involved the collection and analysis of data, locating tender data and supporting the business. Candidates from an estimating background would be of particular interest however good commercial construction exposure is required.
You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a team. You must show good initiative and be able to complete tasks without extensive supervision.
