One of the biggest Construction Consultancies operating worldwide, is looking to appoint an Electrical/Mechanical Cost Managers to work on a retail project in Tri City in Poland. The Client works on the most prestigious projects across Poland.
One of the best selling points for my Client is that all of our Candidates that joined the company up to date are very happy there as the Client makes sure that the employers' expectations are met.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a degree or equivalent in relevant subject;
Present a good level of Polish and English;
Be able to read drawings and take off quantities;
Have working knowledge of market prices in Poland;
Be flexible and able to work on several projects simultaneously;
Possess good understanding of different types of electrical and/or mechanical services;
Have a proven track record in cost management especially of Retail, Shopping Centres, Residential, and Office projects.
Knowledge of HVAC projects
