COST ENGINEER / AVON / £24K-£36K
- Excellent opportunity to join an established & successful client contributing to the support one of the largest & most significant equipment procurement programmes within the MoD
- An accomplished Systems Engineer is sought to work within their highly skilled & committed Cost Team
- This exciting & varied position encompasses development of an existing cost model & usage of the model to determine through life costs, investigate performance / cost / time tradeoffs & assess overall programme affordability
- Significant liaison across all systems engineering activities & with other programme functions
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA for this critical role include:
* Systems Engineering exp
* Defence Industry exp
* Modelling exp & sound knowledge of Excel
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good degree or equiv in engineering, maths, computing or physical science
