This is a leading name in the construction consultancy sector. Working from offices in the Leeds area, they offer quantity surveying and project management services on a consultancy basis to a wide range of private sector clients. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their Retail & Leisure division, taking control of projects predominantly within the retail sector. Duties will include taking responsibility for the delivery of new store fit outs from commission stage through to completion including – management of the design team & design programme, obtaining relevant statutory approvals, liaison with QS to prepare tender / contract documentation, provide on site programme management, chairing meetings, issuing minutes, liaison with and management of client direct contractors, final snagging inspections.
You will ideally have a construction consultancy background, and be looking to move your career onwards with a leading name in the industry. Any relevant professional qualifications would be welcomed. Salaries and packages are amongst the best in the area, and the variety of work is unrivalled.
