Temporary Building/Site Surveyors to are urgently required to complete Condition Surveys on the following Garrisons:
Minley
Chatham
Bicester
Successful candidates will need to possess demonstrable experience of carrying out site surveys/stock condition surveys and understand planned maintenance needs. Main duties will consist of visiting properties, carrying out pre and post inspections and escalating any defects as necessary.
Candidates should possess a HNC Building qualification as a minimum, coupled with good IT and communication skills. Ideally, you will have held a similar role with at least 2 years experience.
