Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the interface between Contractor, residents and the wider community
• Engage with external bodies and residents to facilitate Resident Choice including resident choice menus and the selection process
• Provide support to the Production Team throughout the construction process including support during decanting and handover
• Ensure residents are inducted into their new home through appropriate methods
• Ensure effective communication with residents and external stakeholders using appropriate methods
• Liaise with customers to ensure construction training is maximised
• Form close links with Construction Colleges to maximise training potential
• Ensure existing partnerships with training providers are maintained and form new partnerships to establish funding
• Treat Customer relationships as our most valuable asset
• Plan and implement the Partnerships approach to local employment
