ROLE:The successful applicant will be responsible for high profile projects within the residential, retail and commercial and industrial sectors. In addition to all commercial development of the projects such as concept, functional planning, follow up on design and architecture from a commercial perspective, you will support the cost management team. The COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER make market analysis, analysis on project return, lease income calculations, operational cost calculations, makes comments and prognosis.
REQUIREMENTS:In depth knowledge of contract administration with a proven track record in commercial developments.
Professional Qualification such as RI CS, MA PM, MCI OB, ARI BA or a MSc or BSc degree or equivalent is an advantage.
Working knowledge of the local language (Russian, Polish or Romanian) would be a great plus.
