Client is a leading UK converged voice and data communications company, supplying and managing fixed & mobile communications solutions. They are looking for a Change Analyst to work within the Change Team in their Weybridge office. The role will also contain an element of project work and so some project experience is essential.
The Change Team is responsible for the end to end delivery of all change requests and new orders placed by customers who have existing contracts with the client.

The Change Analyst ensures the smooth and timely delivery of all Changes and new orders to end customers and triggers the billing of new revenue. Coordination of 3rd party suppliers, engineers, equipment and business partners are required to ensure successful delivery of services to end customers.
You should possess the following:
3 years of office skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (excellent written and spoken English).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and interacting with other departments.
Ability to cope with manual and at times labour intensive administrative processes
Adaptable to change.
Ability to manage and manipulate data quickly, accurately and efficiently.
General understanding of Telecommunications Industry, Networking products desirable
Knowledge of ITIL based processes and methodology desirable
