They are taking on a new commission which means bringing in a new member of the CDM / Health & Safety team. Working from an office in the Leeds area, you will predominantly work on a ?300m mixed use development scheme in the Sheffield area, providing CDM services ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Due to the nature of the work, you must have a background in Planning Supervision / CDM, ideally with a history working on multi million pound projects. Relevant qualifications are essential, and memberships of professional organisations such as RICS or MAPS would be an advantage.
Salaries will vary depending on your current situation and background, but will be up to around £40,000, perhaps a little more for the ideal candidate, with an excellent benefits package on top.
