Our prestigious client has presented an exciting opportunity to join their team as a CAD Technician / Designer. You will be involved in various waste infrastructure projects throughout the UK and consequently already have knowledge of Civil Engineering Projects.
Our client is a large expanding business and therefore there is substantial potential for career development and growth.
Applicant Requirements:
- HNC Civil Engineering or Computer Aided Design or qualified through demonstrable working knowledge.
- Working knowledge on Civil Engineering Projects.
- The ability to deliver CAD Drawings to Time and Budget Constraints.
- Previous knowledge of design of civil engineering projects, preferably including waste infrastructure.
- An ability to take sketches from Design Engineers and turn them into working CAD Drawings.
- Ability to control and record CAD drawings on a CAD data management system.
- Demonstrable knowledge in adherence to CAD standards of drawing.
- Although not essential knowledge of LSS digital terrain modelling software is advantageous.
- Well organized.
- Teamworker.
- Eye for detail.
