Over the past 30 years my client has firmly established themselves as a top 50 UK contractor and are currently looking for a Building Services Estimator to join their estimating team.
The main duties will be to provide realistic net prices for projects, to liaise with consultants in the tender preparation, creating subcontractor packages, preparation of tender settlement sheets and attend tender settlement meetings.
The ideal Building Services Estimator should have a comprehensive knowledge of estimating and tendering procedures, substantial knowledge in estimating within the construction industry. Also a suitable and recognised qualification in building would be desirable. A solid background in new build construction is also required. |
