Our client is one of the top 10 UK main contractors, with a reputation as one of the best companies to work for in the UK. They have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to initially be based on a £25m new build project in Romford. This role will have the Assistant Quantity Surveyor working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor on this project and in the long run will be mentored by a RICS accredited Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This is an extremely fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and have the opportunity to learn and eventually get Chartered status yourself.
The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills accompanied by some level of exposure to surveying duties on site. The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor must also be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant surveying course.
