Administratordministrator is required in Holyhead, Anglesey to provide administrative support to Site Manager and other staff based within the cluster establishments.
The Administrator's duties:
§ Printing out and distributing job packs
§ Input of data to Work Manager system
§ Scanning of record documentation for upload into Work Manager
§ Preparation of meeting minutes
§ Filing of records in job files
§ Using WorkManager to reschedule activities as requested
§ Maintain an up-to-date electronic and paper filing system
§ Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and politely
§ To liaise with all staff including Project Managers, Site Managers and Help Desk Agents etc
Educated to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) the Administrator will have/be:
§ Demonstrable experience of general office work
§ Experienced in data processing, typing and general administrative duties
§ Good understanding of administrative practices
§ Knowledge and experience of working within strict ISO policies and processes
§ Computer literate
This full time position, 38 hours. The closing date for this vacancy is Friday 22nd August
