My leading client, a global Real Estate company is looking for an Associate Director to join there thriving London based office, The candidate will be focused on delivering the highest quality estates management service to key corporate clients being a team player, understanding the market and client's requirements and commitment to the company and providing service are all essential attributes of the role.
The successful applicant will work alongside the director, data and finance colleagues and team administrator, day to day work will include dealing with all aspects of estate management for corporate occupiers, including quality customer service, client reporting, database management, landlord/tenant liaison and finance issues.
Portfolio Management:
Estate Manager for a client UK portfolio or region, managing a group of surveyors/administrators delivering the following;
*Ownership of the critical dates report and flagging of risks and opportunities to the client
*Liaison /correspondence with client, facilities managers, solicitors, tenants, landlords and local offices, together with 3rd party advisors where appropriate
*Interface between various company work streams such as L&T, BCD, valuations, agency and rating
*Provision of all reporting including periodic KPI reports
*Undertaking property inspections
*Minimising sub-tenant arrears and dealing with tenant account queries in conjunction with client accounting team
*Negotiating and completing ''small'' lettings
*Managing common area service charges and building management in conjunction with the FM service provider
*Ensure all contract service level agreements are adhered to
Client Liaison
*Develop and solidify existing relationships with clients ensuring high level satisfaction
*Identify opportunities for innovation and service development
Team Liaison
*Understanding the services and objectives of the wider team and client and support these fully
*Collaborating with other parts of the business to enable the company to deliver a truly integrated solution to the companies clients
Lease Administration
*Ensure that all data held for properties within the allocated region on the database is up to date and accurate
*Lease audits
