Job Title: Driver (Light Vehicle)

Introduction:
Due to our client's continued growth they now have an immediate requirement for a Driver (Light Vehicle) to join their existing team based in Basildon, Essex.
Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term contract working 40 hours per week (5 days). Starting salary is £16,895 and after successful completion of a 3 month probation period it will rise to £19,340 (pro-rata). You will then be available to work one full weekend in 5 and the odd occasional night receiving premium overtime.
The successful candidate will deliver sensitive documents to our client's customers who are located in Central London, South Coast, Essex, Kent and Suffolk. Please note that there are no overnight stays and your driving details will be completed during the normal working day.
Due to the nature of this work all our client's employees have to gain security clearance, you must therefore hold a current UK passport and a full UK driving licence (photocard and counterpart).
This position is NOT a multi-drop vacancy and is much more of a personal service where you will build rapport with regular customers; therefore the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Full training is provided for the right candidate. This presents itself as an excellent opportunity to join a growing company.

- Previous demonstrable commercial driving background.
