The Client is looking for a Director to establish and manage a team of Design Engineers in their recently opened Moscow office. This is an excellent offer for an experienced leader with a proven track record.
The candidate will:
•Lead buildings design team of structural, mechanical and electrical;
•Supervise the preparation and the organisation of proposals to clients;
•Prepare monthly reports and make sure contractual obligations entered into according to the Client's norms.
Successful candidate:
•Has previous business development and commercial management experience
•Has worked or is working in Russia
•Is fluent in English and Russian (or is ready to learn Russian);
•Is an experienced design engineer (structures or mechanical or electrical);
•In depth knowledge of high-rise building projects, residential, commercial and mixed use projects.
